The Breathe Journal is the perfect companion for anyone wanting to improve their mental health, whether diagnosed with a mental health condition or just wanting to keep healthy and happy. 
The journal contains guided exercises, coping strategies, distractions and activities aimed at improving your mental wellbeing. The colour palette and layout are designed to be both accessible and calming. User research and testing was conducted with several young adults with depression and anxiety, the two most common diagnoses in this age group, to ensure the journal meets their needs and offers relevant support. 
The Breathe Journal was developed alongside Hello Recovery: Hannah’s business selling handmade products aimed at improving mental wellbeing. The journal has been professionally printed on 120gsm uncoated stock, suitable for writing on, with luxury 350gsm silk covers. In the first month, over twenty journals were sold.
